-Customer must contact us within (3) days of the packages arrival date.
-Customer must return item(s) within (7) days of the packages arrival date.
-Customer is soley responsible for return shipping fees.
Item MUST be:
-In an unused state.
-Not creased, broken, or damaged.
-In original packaging/bubble wrap.
-Free of odors such as perfume, pet/pet hair, food, smoke, tobacco, etc.
If item is not in the state it was shipped, creased, broken, or damaged, REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Buyer is always responsible for return postage. Message us with any questions!
