Her classes are intentional, empowering, and designed to help people feel strong and confident in their body. Ariana completed her teacher training through CorePower Yoga, where she also taught, before later teaching at B/SPOKE Studios in Boston. Experiences that helped shape her approach to movement and fitness instruction. Her teaching style is intentional, steady, and empowering. Expect thoughtful sequencing, strength-building movement, mobility work, and a calm confidence throughout class.
