RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know! Most items sold are handmade with love, so we expect them to be returned with that same love! 💕There are strict guidelines for the return of items so please read and understand before making a purchase.
-Customers must contact us within (3) days of the package's arrival date.
-Customers must return item(s) within (7) days of the package's arrival date.
-Customer is solely responsible for return shipping fees.
Item MUST be:
-In an unused state.
-Not creased, broken,damaged, and in original packaging/bubble wrap.
-Free of odors such as perfume, pet/pet hair, food, smoke, tobacco, etc.
If the item is not in the state it was shipped, creased, broken, or damaged, REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Most items ship 1-7 business days from their initial purchase. Our business operation hours are
Monday - Friday -- 10 AM - 5 PM.
If an item is customized we will specify the amount of time it will take to ship.

All items will be shipped with the utmost care! We wrap fragile glass items with multiple protective layers and recyclable items!

Items are shipped standard or priority depending on the package!
